FCI Sheridan and FCI Sheridan Camp are the two federal facilities in Oregon. The two facilities hold up to 1,475 persons charged for violating federal laws in the region. The inmates reside at the federal prison and camp to await trial at the U.S. District Courthouse for the District of Oregon. Oregon Jail Roster Search 

There are 36 city and county jails in 36 Oregon counties. The jails detain up to 6,000 offenders each year. These are pre-trial offenders awaiting court arraignment and sentencing and sentenced offenders awaiting transfer to prison, release after bail settlement, or serving sentences of up to 12 months for misdemeanor charges.
